Required
- Trade school diploma or relevant technical certification
- Proven heavy equipment mechanic experience
- Knowledge of air compressors, CAT, John Deere, and Deutz diesel engines
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Safe operation of mechanical tools and heavy equipment
- Strong safety commitment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead and perform sustained physical labor in all weather
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company insurance requirements
- Personal vehicle and willingness to drive to job sites within 75 miles
Nice to have
- CDL A driver's license
- Experience with drilling rigs
- Welding and torch experience
- Familiarity with computers, laptops, iPads, and maintenance software platforms
