Required

  • Master's degree (MA/MS/MPH) with 10+ years in Regulatory Affairs, resource, or project management, OR PhD with 8+ years relevant experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 12+ years relevant experience
  • Experience with Planisware, Smartsheet (Resource Manager, Control Center), or equivalent resourcing tools
  • Knowledge of resourcing and forecasting methods
  • Experience managing complex projects and implementations
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical research and drug development lifecycle
  • Ability to influence and drive decisions without direct authority
  • Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
  • Experience creating strategic reports and forecasts for decision-making

Nice to have

  • Cross-functional Business Operations skills including Performance Management, Business Process Excellence, Change Management, and Communications
  • Experience with multiple resourcing tools and platforms
