Master's degree (MA/MS/MPH) with 10+ years in Regulatory Affairs, resource, or project management, OR PhD with 8+ years relevant experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 12+ years relevant experience
Experience with Planisware, Smartsheet (Resource Manager, Control Center), or equivalent resourcing tools
Knowledge of resourcing and forecasting methods
Experience managing complex projects and implementations
Understanding of pharmaceutical research and drug development lifecycle
Ability to influence and drive decisions without direct authority
Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
Experience creating strategic reports and forecasts for decision-making

Nice to have

Cross-functional Business Operations skills including Performance Management, Business Process Excellence, Change Management, and Communications
