Required
- Student or graduate in Production Engineering, Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or related fields
- Real ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening and assertive communication
- Confidence and assertiveness to have one-on-one conversations with Manufacturing and Design leaders, defending ideas and challenging decisions when necessary
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Proactivity and learning mindset with autonomy to anticipate tasks
Nice to have
- Prior experience in production planning or similar roles
- ERP systems knowledge
- Manufacturing software experience
- Experience working with performance indicators (KPIs)
- Intermediate English level
