Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
  • 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
  • Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing operations including tool and software application development, process development, and database management
  • U.S. citizenship to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
  • Interim or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and integrated applications
  • Knowledge of system integrations between PDM and ERP/MES systems
  • Exposure to Change Management, BOM Management, and Bill of Process Production Operations

  • Understanding of Nonconformance processes and resolution workflows
  • Familiarity with MBI/Visualization for manufacturing insights
  • Hands-on experience with Fabrication, Painting and Coatings operations
  • Exposure to Automation and Robotics technologies
  • Skills in Machine Performance Analysis
  • Experience with Timekeeping management and labor tracking
  • Ability to support Production Scheduling and Planning
  • Knowledge of Inspection protocols and quality assurance processes
