Required

  • 5+ years training and fine-tuning deep learning models in NLP or related domains
  • 5+ years with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX or similar frameworks
  • Shipped fine-tuned models to production serving real users at scale
  • Experience with PHP, Python, Ruby, Go, C, Scala or Java
  • Analytical mindset and ability to measure ML/AI product success
  • Led technical architecture discussions and drove decisions
  • Write maintainable, testable code
  • Strong communication skills explaining technical concepts across disciplines

Nice to have

  • Expertise with recommendation systems or search
  • Model optimization for inference (quantization, pruning, speculative decoding, TorchScript/TensorRT/ONNX)
  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and hybrid retrieval/generation systems
  • Broad NLP, ML, and Generative AI experience
  • Knowledge of multiple data types in RAG including structured, unstructured, and knowledge graphs
