Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 2+ years of product development experience (configuration management, design, integration, or quality)
- 2+ years of research and implementation of new technologies in aerospace manufacturing processes
- U.S. citizenship to obtain security clearance
- Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX on second shift
Nice to have
- 2+ years experience performing work per written documentation and understanding release authority
- 2+ years in manufacturing environment as quality, manufacturing engineering, or manufacturing role
- 2+ years working with multi-functional teams and organizations
- 2+ years of data analysis and process improvement experience
