Required
- 8+ years building and operating data pipelines and platform infrastructure
- CDC (Change Data Capture) patterns for real-time ingestion
- Flink experience for stream processing
- Production dbt administration in BigQuery or Databricks with CI/CD and schema governance
- Airflow DAGs at scale with task-level orchestration and multi-priority scheduling
- Kafka or Confluent Kafka event streaming with schema governance and consumer lag management
- Multi-cloud fluency with GCP and AWS for BigQuery and EKS
- Data quality ownership including dbt tests, anomaly detection, and schema change alerting
- Fivetran or equivalent connector platform experience with IaC and health monitoring
- Databricks platform experience with Delta Lake, Workflows, and Unity Catalog
- HIPAA/PHI compliance and regulated environment data handling
- Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code
- Strong Python and SQL for production pipeline code
- Design skills for ambiguous requirements and minimal-rework delivery
