- 15+ years progressive supply chain leadership in pharmaceutical or biotech
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field with 14+ years relevant experience
- Experience with both small molecule and biologics manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA)
- Global supply chain leadership across development, launch, and commercialization phases
- Strategic thinking with strong operational execution
- Leadership of a global supply chain team
- Experience managing internal and external manufacturing
