- Expertise in U.S. financial regulations (securities, commodities, banking, or payments)
- Experience advising on legal risk and compliance for blockchain or digital asset products
- Familiarity with smart contracts, token design, or distributed governance legal issues
- Ability to navigate complex legal frameworks in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Deep knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, AML, and sanctions obligations for digital assets and fintech
- Experience advising on U.S. and global money transmission laws and licensing
