- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or 4+ years relevant experience with high school diploma
- 3+ years experience in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Advanced statistical and modeling knowledge
- Advanced computer simulation software experience (PROMODEL, ARENA, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
