- High School Diploma or GED
- at least 2 years inspection experience in Aerospace, Military, or Machining Manufacturing
- ISO 9001 / AS 9100 environment experience
- ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
- proficiency with precision measurement instruments
- computer skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP
- U.S. citizenship or legal permanent resident status or export authorization
- ability to lift 35 lbs daily
- minimum 20/25 vision with correction
- pass Ishihara color deficiency test and Jaeger Level 1 eye exam
- weekend shift availability (Friday-Sunday, 6am-6:30pm)
