- Experience investigating ban evasion, multi-accounting, or repeat fraud at a platform
- SQL fluency and ability to build analyses on large account and event datasets
- Experience with fraud or identity-linking signals and understanding of precision/recall tradeoffs
- Rigor about evidence standards in severe-harm enforcement
- Track record of turning investigations into repeatable detection logic
- Strong written communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Judgment and collaboration through evolving priorities
