Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years leading engineering teams
- Minimum 10 years in complex product design and analysis
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
Nice to have
- Master's degree in engineering
- 8+ years leading large engineering teams
- 5+ years of nuclear detector design experience
- Professional Engineering license in Mechanical Engineering
- ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section III familiarity
- Modelling software experience (ANSYS, MCNP, GEANT, Garfield++, or Zmax)
- SAP or similar ERP system experience
- Results-oriented self-starter track record
- Matrix organization experience
