Required
- 5+ years of hands-on AV engineering, integration, or systems design experience
- Crestron programming experience
- Experience designing and supporting room automation systems
- Experience planning and executing AV build-outs for new office sites
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals for AV-over-IP systems
- Ability to troubleshoot AV systems end to end
- Pass a background check
Nice to have
- Crestron Certified Programmer or DMC-E certification
- AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification
- Experience programming QSC Q-SYS, Extron, or Biamp DSP systems
- Experience with AV systems in data center or critical-facility environments
- Experience integrating AV monitoring into IT service management or NOC workflows
