- Active state bar admission and ability to practice in-house in Texas
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Upstream or midstream oil and gas experience including complex property matters and agreement negotiation
- Ability to advise on contractual matters for oil and gas infrastructure, development, and operations
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
