Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM discipline, or Associate's degree in engineering with 8+ years aerospace mission assurance experience
- 3–5 years in a Mission Assurance or Product Assurance role
- Experience in Quality Assurance, System Safety Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Parts Materials and Processes
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with mission assurance and quality industry and government standards
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or EEE discipline
- Master's degree in engineering, physical sciences, or business administration
- 6+ years aerospace mission assurance experience
- Experience with aerospace customer mission and product assurance standards
- Concept-to-design-to-manufacturing-to-delivery spacecraft experience
- Understanding of satellites, payloads, and ground systems
