Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5-10 years of relevant engineering experience (or relevant advanced degree in lieu)
- Demonstrated project or program management experience
- Project finance and program planning experience
- Experience developing proposal content for external customers
- Experience with financial and contractual documentation
- Understanding of launch, space, and lunar environments
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)
Nice to have
- Understanding of full aerospace systems development lifecycle
- Experience with large NASA or other U.S. government proposals and contracts
- Knowledge of NASA and industry engineering standards
- Experience working in agile environments
- Eligibility to obtain and hold U.S. security clearance
