Required
- 18 years or older
- Retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Can work minimum 16 hours per week with peak-day availability (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays)
- Able to stand and walk entire shift
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Able to bend, reach, stretch, and use ladders safely
- Must wear Rothy's shoes during shifts
