  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience administering leave of absence and accommodation programs
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave regulations including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and USERRA
  • Experience coordinating leave administration with third-party administrators
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Strong customer service orientation and collaborative relationships across functions
  • Experience with HRIS and leave management systems, including Workday Benefits
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience supporting annual Open Enrollment activities
  • Experience in multi-state employer environment
  • Experience with Workday Benefits administration and testing
