Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of progressive experience administering leave of absence and accommodation programs
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave regulations including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and USERRA
- Experience coordinating leave administration with third-party administrators
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Strong customer service orientation and collaborative relationships across functions
- Experience with HRIS and leave management systems, including Workday Benefits
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
