What they ask for
Required
- Full UK driving licence
- Health and Safety compliance knowledge
- Ability to use hand tools and job-specific equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use and maintenance of site plant equipment such as MEWPS
- Understanding of COSHH regulations
- Ability to work 40-hour weeks on rota shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Ability to respond to emergencies outside normal working hours
Nice to have
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Carpentry
- Carpentry apprenticeship
- Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Site Carpentry or Architectural Joinery
- Forklift and trailer operation training
