- Associate's degree or equivalent related experience
- 3-5 years supervisory experience in a business environment
- Ability to work flexible hours across three shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on production floor
- Track and manage employee performance, attendance, and work hours
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and quality standards
- Train and develop employees
- Ability to travel to other FabShop locations as needed
Nice to have
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with Oracle, Concur, Maximo or similar systems
