- 8+ years designing and developing innovative footwear and other products
- Creative design portfolio submission required
- Ability to translate consumer insights into product solutions and narratives
- Experience building inspiration and concept presentations
- Experience creating 3D samples and hand-crafted mockups
- Ability to present concepts to groups of varying sizes
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign proficiency

- High interest in sport and sport culture
- Passion for design and innovation
- Highly organized and self-sufficient
