What they ask for
Required
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from accredited college
- Current state licensure as Registered Pharmacist or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Board of Pharmacy approved immunization course or certification within 90 days
- ACLS and/or PALS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross within one year
Nice to have
- Board certification
- Completion of PGY1 residency, fellowship, or 2 years post-graduate pharmacy experience
- PGY2 residency or relevant experience for Critical Care or Pharmacotherapy roles
- 3-4 years direct critical care experience
