Required
- 7+ years backend or infrastructure engineering experience
- Deep expertise in distributed data systems and OLAP/query engine architecture
- Hands-on experience building or extending analytical systems
- Track record of driving cloud infrastructure cost optimization at scale
- Strong distributed systems fundamentals: partitioning, replication, consistency, failover
- Data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and performance optimization knowledge
- Production experience with modern cloud platforms and tools
