What this role is
This role leads health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) evidence generation and adaptation for Moderna's vaccine and product portfolio in Canada, supporting pricing, reimbursement, and market access decisions. What they ask for
Required
- Ph.D., Sc.D., or Dr.P.H. in life sciences, or clinical degree with master's degree in related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive HEOR experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccines, or healthcare industry
- Minimum 2 years of work authorization for Canada
Nice to have
- 7+ years of biopharmaceutical, vaccines, or healthcare industry experience
- Knowledge of Canadian healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and NACI processes
- Experience generating payer and public health evidence including real-world evidence and economic models
- Experience developing value dossiers and tender submissions
- Knowledge of HEOR methodologies and patient-reported outcomes
- Cross-functional influence and stakeholder management
- Strong written and verbal communication and data visualization skills
- Experience managing external vendors and research partners
