Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, accounting or equivalent
- 8+ years in materials management, inventory control, stockroom or shipping roles
- Computer proficiency with office software and inventory control systems
- Understanding of DoT and international shipping regulations
- Knowledge of commercial electronics shipping practices
- Experience with MRP/computerized inventory control systems
- FAA and DoT audit support experience
- Proficiency with UPS, DHL or FedEx online shipping systems
- Inventory management experience including ABC analysis and cycle counting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance
- ITAR compliance as U.S. person
Nice to have
- ERP database proficiency, specifically Oracle
- Hazmat shipping experience with lithium-ion batteries
- Safe material handling and ESD-sensitive component handling knowledge
- Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with cross-functional teams
