What they ask for
Required
- Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 15+ years in aircraft design, GN&C, flight testing, systems engineering, or program management
- Hands-on development experience across multiple disciplines
- Deep knowledge of autopilot, flight control, certification, ground control, and vehicle subsystems
- U.S. citizenship (ITAR requirement)
- Ability to travel up to 20% within continental U.S. for flight test support
Nice to have
- PhD in engineering
- Expertise in design and simulation tools
