What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years of geothermal or water well drilling experience
- Residency in or willingness to work in Maryland
- Ability to work on active construction sites and coordinate with multiple trades
- Knowledge of drilling practices, grouting, and site safety
- Knowledge of local regulatory compliance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and borehole logs
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company insurance requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead and perform sustained physical labor in all weather conditions
Nice to have
- Experience drilling geothermal borefields for high-volume production
- Familiarity with loop installation, grouting systems, and closed-loop geothermal components
- Experience with mud/air rotary, casing advancement, dual rotary, or sonic drilling techniques
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
