What this role is

This role involves providing nursing care on a transitional care unit where patients are preparing for discharge from the hospital to home or other care settings. You'll work the night shift managing patient care plans, coordinating discharge needs, and educating patients and families.

What they ask for

Required

  • Graduate from accredited ADN or BSN program
  • Current state RN licensure
  • Basic Life Support certification through AHA or American Red Cross
  • One year current acute care RN experience in hospital setting OR licensed military RN experience

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
