Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or related field with 14+ years experience, OR Master's degree in engineering with 12+ years experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams
- Strong technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems
- Working knowledge of PLC/HMI platforms and industrial networks
- Experience in maintenance, engineering, or operations in regulated manufacturing (medical device, diagnostics, pharma, or biotech)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with flexibility for off-shift or on-call support
Nice to have
- Experience in IVD, medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Experience in highly automated manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with digital maintenance tools, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies
