  • 3+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio showing brand and marketing work across multiple channels
  • 3+ years of email creative design experience in Figma or similar tool
  • Experience producing digital, presentation, and large-format creative assets
  • Strong understanding of brand and marketing strategy applied to visual design
  • Proficiency in Figma and mastery of design fundamentals including layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition
  • Ability to work independently, self-directed, organized, and manage multiple concurrent projects without dedicated project management support
  • Understanding of performance and growth marketing and how creative work supports campaign outcomes
  • Collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and external creative partners
  • Comfort with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products
