What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics
- 8+ years of systems engineering experience
- Experience with MBSE tools, system requirements development and management, and system verification and validation
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, optical, and software disciplines
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- U.S. person under ITAR definition
Nice to have
- Current and active US DoD security clearance
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, optical, and software teams developing laser and beam control systems
- Experience with high-powered lasers and laser safety protocols
- Experience with prototype or low-rate production systems
- Experience executing large ACAT-1 or equivalent programs
- Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain it
