Required
- Bachelor's degree in EHS with 2 years of experience, OR Master's degree in EHS with 1 year of experience, OR High School Diploma with 5+ years of progressive EHS experience
- Experience across multiple EHS disciplines: safety, environmental, industrial hygiene, and compliance
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOT HazMat, ATF explosives, and environmental regulations
- Risk assessment and incident investigation experience
- Ability to influence safety performance through leadership
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual status
- Eligibility to obtain state and federal explosives licenses (age 21+)
- Compliance with Drug-Free Workplace Act and DoD directives
Nice to have
- Experience in chemical, space, or defense manufacturing
- EHS certifications in HazMat, Emergency Response, or related disciplines
