- 5+ years of research experience in large-scale pre-training or mid-training of multimodal foundation models
- First-author publications in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.)
- Hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying large-scale multimodal models
- Deep expertise in generative model architectures (diffusion, autoregressive, cross-modal)
- Experience with scalable dataset curation and model pipeline optimization
- Strong programming skills and experience deploying research to production
Nice to have
- Experience at staff or lead scientist level in industry or academia
