  • 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, solutions engineering, enterprise CS, implementation, or forward-deployed engineering)
  • Track record blending customer ownership with technical depth in solution design and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience running demos, POCs, and technical workshops with enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated success identifying and landing expansion in complex enterprise accounts
  • Fluency discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows with ability to troubleshoot L1-style issues
  • Experience engaging both technical stakeholders (developers, architects) and executive buyers (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building across technical and business audiences
  • A specific tool, agent, script, or workflow you built that eliminated recurring work
  • AI-native operating model with workflows that structurally depend on AI tools

Nice to have

  • Experience in machine learning, voice AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer-first technologies
  • Background spanning solutions engineering, TAM, or L1 support alongside CS responsibilities
  • Working fluency with automation, scripting, or agent-building in Python, TypeScript, workflow tools, or agent frameworks
