Required
- 10+ years of finance transformation or enterprise transformation experience
- Experience designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models and Service Delivery Models
- Expertise in end-to-end finance process transformation and governance
- Experience with technology-enabled finance transformation including ERP and automation
- Demonstrated organizational change management delivery at scale
- People management experience in matrixed global organizations
- Deep knowledge of finance operations, accounting principles, and internal controls
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex matrix organizations
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree
- PMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (ADKAR), CCMP, or comparable certification
- Management consulting experience from Big Four or equivalent firms supporting finance transformation
- Experience managing external consulting firms or system integrators
