Required

  • 10+ years of finance transformation or enterprise transformation experience
  • Experience designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models and Service Delivery Models
  • Expertise in end-to-end finance process transformation and governance
  • Experience with technology-enabled finance transformation including ERP and automation
  • Demonstrated organizational change management delivery at scale
  • People management experience in matrixed global organizations
  • Deep knowledge of finance operations, accounting principles, and internal controls
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex matrix organizations

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • PMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (ADKAR), CCMP, or comparable certification
  • Management consulting experience from Big Four or equivalent firms supporting finance transformation
  • Experience managing external consulting firms or system integrators
