Required
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in sales, service, marketing, R&D, operations, or continuous improvement
- Minimum 7 years total work experience
- Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional senior leaders in a global organization
- Ability to travel 25-50% including overnight and international travel
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 40 lbs
Nice to have
- Danaher Business System Fundamental and Certified Practitioner status in one or more tools
