- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
- Eligible to obtain and maintain US Government security clearance
- US citizenship
- Deep experience designing end-to-end RF systems
- Extensive SDR systems design and development experience
- Strong background in DSP and RF algorithm development
- Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary engineering teams through full R&D lifecycle
- Experience fielding capability in SIGINT, EW, or Radar
- Familiarity with government R&D contracting and technical milestones
- Proposal development experience for government solicitations
Nice to have
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
- Active US Top Secret Security Clearance
- Track record of productizing R&D into commercial products
- History of leading winning proposals
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites and test ranges
