  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, paid media, strategy, or related analytical role
  • Experience evaluating and optimizing marketing performance across digital and/or offline channels
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement approaches such as incrementality testing, attribution, brand lift studies, or media mix modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to influence business decisions
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Clear communication skills to explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Curious, collaborative mindset with genuine interest in improving marketing effectiveness measurement

Nice to have

  • Experience within consumer technology, travel, or digital-first environment
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience working with external agencies, research vendors, or measurement partners
