What they ask for
Required
- 4+ years of product management in enterprise software or SaaS
- At least one 0-to-1 product build
- Deep experience in a complex regulated vertical
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products
- Track record working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with bias toward action and learning
- Experience delivering results in sales/GTM context
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, healthtech, legaltech, or HCM verticals
- Hands-on prototyping and shipping alongside engineers
- Daily use of AI tools as part of core work
