- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8–12 years in engineering design and product support roles
- Experience with unmanned aerial vehicles
- Electronics manufacturing and troubleshooting experience
- PCB layout, schematics, and assembly design
- CAD and drafting proficiency
- Configuration management experience
- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, mathematics, physics, and material properties
- Experience building and documenting production assemblies
- Cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers
- U.S. citizenship for ITAR compliance

- Team leadership experience
- Oracle PLM and product configuration management systems expertise
- Knowledge of MIL-HDBK-61A and EIA-649-B standards
