Required
- Prior implementation experience with Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits platforms
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English and German
- Lead workstreams independently and report on progress
- Collaborate with clients, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to deliver integrated HR solutions
Nice to have
- Strong HR background owning Workday HCM and Compensation/Benefits workstreams
- Experience with Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework
- Current Workday certifications
- Up-to-date certifications, especially in Benefits
- Fluency in an additional language beyond English and German
