What they ask for

Required

  • 4+ years aerospace mechanical or related field experience
  • experience with flight hardware in production environments
  • technical skills in fastening, torque, retention, testing, avionics, and bonding
  • effective verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
  • ability to set up and operate hand, pneumatic, and calibrated tools
  • ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces
  • ability to navigate uneven terrain safely
  • ability to crouch, bend, squat, and kneel as needed
  • ability to reach and extend arms overhead for assembly tasks

Nice to have

  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant license
  • electromechanical build proficiency
