Required

4+ years aerospace mechanical or related field experience
experience with flight hardware in production environments
technical skills in fastening, torque, retention, testing, avionics, and bonding
effective verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
ability to set up and operate hand, pneumatic, and calibrated tools
ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces
ability to navigate uneven terrain safely
ability to crouch, bend, squat, and kneel as needed
ability to reach and extend arms overhead for assembly tasks

Nice to have
