What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma
- Several years of facilities maintenance experience
- HVAC Certification (EPA Section 608 or HVAC Excellence) or equivalent
- General building repairs (doors, flooring, drywall, painting)
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems (lighting, outlets, breaker panels)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems (pipes, valves, drains)
- Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders
- Valid driver's license
Nice to have
- Building Management System experience
- Environmental monitoring systems experience
- Experience reading blueprints and technical schematics
