  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
  • 15+ years of engineering experience in aerospace, defense, or comparable high-technology industry
  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams and complex technical programs
  • Experience leading full product lifecycle from concept through delivery
  • Systems-level thinking and strong understanding of engineering principles
  • Ability to scale engineering teams in fast-growing or complex environments
