What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years of feed mill operations or similar production experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of feed formulation, processing, and quality control
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, FSMA) for animal feed production
- Mechanical aptitude for feed mill equipment troubleshooting
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in feed mill environment with dust, noise, and temperature exposure
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Cannot own, possess, or maintain domestic, wild, or exotic fowl
Nice to have
- Associate or bachelor's degree in agriculture, animal science, feed manufacturing, or related field
- Prior supervisory or leadership role experience
- Experience in poultry or livestock feed production
