What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years in global commodity procurement, trading, supply chain risk management, or commodity market intelligence in FMCG, food service, QSR, or agri-food
- Demonstrable expertise across at least three of the nine direct commodity categories (Sugar, Wheat, Soy, Corn, Pork, Beef, Chicken, Paperboard, Potatoes)
- Proven track record executing upstream raw commodity negotiations at significant scale
- Strong working knowledge of commodity markets and exchange mechanics (CME, CBOT, ICE)
- Experience with financial risk instruments (futures, options, swaps) and price risk management frameworks
- Experience building or leading a Centre of Excellence, intelligence function, or data capability in a complex global organization
- Experience managing external consultancies, market data vendors, and analytics platforms at enterprise scale
- Ability to operate and influence within global matrixed organizations with multiple brands and franchise networks without direct authority
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market dynamics into business recommendations
- Executive presence and comfort presenting to C-suite and Board-level audiences
- Fluent in English
- Five days per week in-office work
