Required
- 12+ years mission-critical facilities or data center operations experience
- 5+ years senior leadership with budget and team responsibility
- Commissioning and operating large-scale or hyperscale data centers at 50MW+ scale
- Deep technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure for critical facilities
- Leading construction-to-operations transitions
- Building and managing site operations teams for 24/7 environments
- Budget development and cost management
- MOPs, SOPs, EOPs development and safety program maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Experience with AI or HPC infrastructure and high-density cooling systems
- Standing up greenfield data center sites or major expansions
- Familiarity with DCIM, EPMS, BMS platforms and energy management
- Certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, CDCE, NFPA 70E, NFPA 110, Uptime Institute ATD, or PE license
- Experience with on-site generation, microgrids, or behind-the-meter power strategies
