What they ask for
Required
- Ph.D. in biochemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, protein engineering, molecular biology, bioengineering, or related STEM field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in protein therapeutic discovery or development
- Demonstrated experience leading protein therapeutic discovery efforts as a group leader
- Deep understanding of protein therapeutic bioanalytical and ADME concepts for monoclonal antibodies and bispecifics
- Proven track record managing scientists and leading cross-functional teams in drug discovery
- Experience developing and executing translational PK/PD efficacy relationships and human dose predictions
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with translational PK/PD/efficacy or PBPK modeling tools like Phoenix WinNonlin, Berkeley Madonna, or MATLAB
- Track record supporting immunology or oncology programs from early discovery through IND-enabling studies
- Expertise designing and troubleshooting ligand binding assays or hybrid LC/MS assays for protein therapeutics
- Experience within a research-driven pharmaceutical company
