Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years production leadership in aerospace, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing
- Direct experience managing or supporting PCBA rework technician teams and SMT line operations
- Team management and technician training capability
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments in fast-paced environment
- Computer and analytical skills including spreadsheet and database proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or NASA-STD-8739 avionics standards
- Hands-on experience developing or optimizing manufacturing workstations and layouts
- ERP and MES system experience for production management
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
- Strong technical background in electronics or harness design, build, or test
