  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years production leadership in aerospace, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing
  • Direct experience managing or supporting PCBA rework technician teams and SMT line operations
  • Team management and technician training capability
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments in fast-paced environment
  • Computer and analytical skills including spreadsheet and database proficiency

Nice to have

  • Experience with IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or NASA-STD-8739 avionics standards
  • Hands-on experience developing or optimizing manufacturing workstations and layouts
  • ERP and MES system experience for production management
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
  • Strong technical background in electronics or harness design, build, or test
